Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of BuzzCraft, a workspace for building reusable prompt systems, managing prompt libraries, and using AI-assisted features.
By creating an account or using BuzzCraft, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope and eligibility
BuzzCraft is available to individual users, including consumers, creators, freelancers, founders, professionals, and individual users acting for business purposes.
BuzzCraft is currently designed as a single-user product. It is not a team, multi-seat, or shared-account service unless a plan or feature is explicitly described otherwise.
You must have the legal capacity required to enter into the applicable agreement under the laws that apply to you.
2. Beta software
BuzzCraft is currently provided as beta software. This means that some features may still be experimental, incomplete, or subject to change. Bugs, temporary interruptions, inaccurate AI results, integration issues, synchronization problems, or other unexpected behavior may occur.
Features may be added, modified, limited, replaced, or removed as the product develops. Material changes affecting an existing paid agreement remain subject to applicable law and these Terms.
Beta status does not limit any mandatory statutory rights that apply to consumers.
3. Individual user license
Subject to these Terms and the conditions of your selected plan, BuzzCraft grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the service.
A BuzzCraft account and any paid license are intended for one individual user. You may use BuzzCraft for private, professional, freelance, or business purposes as the individual account holder.
Unless explicitly permitted by BuzzCraft, you may not share a paid account or license with other users, pool access between multiple individuals, resell access, sublicense the service, or make one account available to a team or organization for shared use.
You may use prompts, workflows, and outputs created with BuzzCraft for private or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, and the terms of any AI provider involved in generating the relevant output.
Your license does not transfer ownership of BuzzCraft, its software, interface, branding, underlying systems, or other intellectual property belonging to BuzzCraft or its licensors.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account and authentication methods secure and for activity performed through your account.
Do not share passwords, access tokens, API keys, or other credentials with unauthorized persons.
BuzzCraft may temporarily restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties, including in cases of suspected abuse, security attacks, unauthorized access, attempted circumvention of usage limits, or material violations of these Terms.
5. AI usage and outputs
BuzzCraft may use artificial intelligence models and third-party AI services to provide suggestions, transformations, generations, and other AI-assisted functionality.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, unsuitable, outdated, or otherwise incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating prompts, workflows, suggestions, and outputs before relying on them.
BuzzCraft does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for how you use AI-generated content and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
6. Plans, quotas, and BYOK
BuzzCraft may offer free, subscription-based, and one-time-purchase plans with different features, usage limits, and AI access.
Explorer Mode includes limited hosted AI usage. Creator Mode includes hosted AI as part of the subscription, with no separate AI provider key required. God Mode is designed around bringing your own supported AI provider key ("BYOK") instead of using BuzzCraft-hosted AI.
Current plan features, quotas, rate limits, supported providers, and prices are shown on the BuzzCraft website or during checkout.
For hosted-AI plans, actions that use hosted AI may count toward your usage quota. These may include generating Structure or Enhanced suggestions, refreshing or loading additional suggestions, executing a prompt, or converting saved content using AI restructuring.
Actions that do not require hosted AI may not consume hosted AI quota. The application may display remaining usage as a percentage or other usage indicator.
Usage accounting and feature-specific quota costs may evolve as BuzzCraft develops. Any material change affecting an existing paid agreement will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
If you connect your own AI provider key, your use of that provider, including charges, limits, availability, data processing, and provider terms, is governed by your relationship with that provider.
7. Contract formation
The presentation of BuzzCraft plans, prices, or product descriptions does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
For paid plans, a contract is concluded when the purchase process has been successfully completed and BuzzCraft confirms the purchase or activates the relevant paid plan.
The plan, price, billing period, included functionality, and usage limits shown during checkout form part of the agreement.
8. Prices and payment
Prices shown to you during checkout are the prices applicable to your purchase.
Where indicated, displayed prices are final prices. No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (German small business regulation, Kleinunternehmerregelung).
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout. The payment provider may process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Promotional, introductory, founder, or beta pricing may be offered for a limited period and may be withdrawn or changed for future purchases.
Changes to future pricing do not by themselves change the price of an existing paid agreement. Any price change affecting an existing subscription will only take effect in accordance with the applicable agreement, applicable law, and any required notice.
9. Subscription term and cancellation
Creator Mode is a recurring subscription billed according to the billing period shown during checkout.
Unless cancelled, Creator Mode renews automatically for another billing period in accordance with the terms shown at purchase.
You may cancel your Creator Mode subscription at any time, with no notice period, using the cancellation page. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access to paid subscription features continues until that date.
Cancelling a subscription and exercising a statutory right of withdrawal are separate legal actions. A cancellation does not restrict any statutory withdrawal rights available to consumers.
10. One-time purchases
Where God Mode is offered as a one-time purchase, it does not automatically renew.
A God Mode purchase grants the individual purchaser access to the features expressly included in God Mode under the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a one-time purchase does not include future standalone products, separate services, team or multi-user functionality, paid third-party services, or features sold separately from BuzzCraft.
Any statutory rights regarding updates, conformity, defects, or digital products remain unaffected where applicable.
11. Consumer rights
If you use BuzzCraft as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory rights that cannot legally be waived or limited, including applicable rights relating to digital products, conformity, defects, remedies, updates, withdrawal, and consumer protection.
References to beta status, availability limitations, warranty disclaimers, or liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from contracts concluded online.
Information about the applicable withdrawal period, the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, its legal consequences, and any circumstances in which the right may expire is provided separately on the withdrawal information page, which also includes the electronic withdrawal function and the model withdrawal form.
Where required by law, BuzzCraft provides an electronic method for submitting a withdrawal declaration.
Nothing in these Terms limits a statutory right of withdrawal.
13. User content
You retain the rights you have in prompts, workflows, labels, saved content, and other materials you submit to BuzzCraft.
You grant BuzzCraft only the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and otherwise technically handle your content as required to provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
BuzzCraft does not acquire ownership of your content solely because you upload, save, create, or process it through the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to process content through BuzzCraft.
Do not upload or process illegal content, credentials or secrets that should not be disclosed, sensitive third-party information without an appropriate legal basis, or content that you are not permitted to use.
Details about personal data, service providers, AI providers, and data processing are described separately in the Privacy Policy.
14. Acceptable use
You may not use BuzzCraft to:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- interfere with or compromise the security of the service;
- circumvent technical restrictions or usage limits;
- use automated methods in a way that materially abuses or overloads BuzzCraft;
- distribute malware or other harmful software; or
- resell, sublicense, or improperly share access to BuzzCraft.
This section does not prohibit acts that cannot legally be restricted by contract.
15. Availability and third-party services
BuzzCraft does not promise uninterrupted or continuous availability unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, infrastructure failures, security incidents, rate limits, internet outages, product changes, or failures of third-party services such as hosting, authentication, database, payment, or AI providers.
Third-party services integrated with BuzzCraft may be subject to their own terms, availability, technical limits, and policies.
16. Warranty and statutory rights
Because BuzzCraft is currently in beta, non-essential features may be experimental and the service may contain bugs or limitations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BuzzCraft does not guarantee that every feature, AI output, integration, browser environment, or third-party provider will always operate without interruption or error.
This section does not exclude or restrict mandatory statutory warranty, conformity, update, or defect rights, particularly those available to consumers.
17. Liability
BuzzCraft is liable without limitation where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including where required by law in cases of intent or gross negligence and, where applicable, injury to life, body, or health.
In all other cases, liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it and for maintaining appropriate backups of information that is important to you.
18. Suspension and termination
You may stop using BuzzCraft at any time and may request deletion of your account in accordance with the available account and privacy controls.
BuzzCraft may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary due to a material violation of these Terms, unlawful use, security risks, fraud, abuse, or repeated attempts to circumvent technical restrictions.
Where reasonably possible and legally required, BuzzCraft will consider the seriousness of the violation and provide appropriate notice before termination.
Any rights relating to paid periods, refunds, withdrawal, defects, or termination that arise under mandatory law remain unaffected.
19. Changes to BuzzCraft
BuzzCraft may evolve over time, particularly while the product remains in beta.
Features may be improved, redesigned, replaced, added, or discontinued where reasonably necessary for product development, security, compatibility, legal compliance, provider changes, or technical reasons.
Changes affecting digital products provided to consumers remain subject to applicable statutory requirements.
20. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated where reasonably necessary, including because of changes to BuzzCraft, applicable law, security requirements, business models, or third-party services used by BuzzCraft.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid agreement, BuzzCraft will provide notice where required and will not retroactively remove rights already granted to you unless permitted by applicable law.
The version of these Terms applicable to your agreement and any later changes are subject to mandatory legal requirements.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in the country of your habitual residence.
22. Contact
Questions regarding these Terms, subscriptions, cancellation, withdrawal, or your BuzzCraft account can be submitted using the contact details provided in the BuzzCraft legal notice or support information.
