Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may, for example, send your withdrawal declaration by email.
You may also use the electronic withdrawal function provided on the BuzzCraft website during the applicable withdrawal period.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but use of the form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Services started during the withdrawal period
If you expressly request that the performance of a paid service begins before the end of the withdrawal period and later exercise your right of withdrawal, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.
Digital content
Where a contract concerns digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the fourteen-day period if all legal requirements for such expiry are met.
In particular, this may require that you expressly consent to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, confirm that you understand that this may cause you to lose your right of withdrawal, and receive the legally required contractual confirmation.
We will only treat the right of withdrawal as expired where the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
